Easily the best Bank Holiday Bargain I’ve come across are these fab espadrilles from Office. They have a great selection of summer shades and prints and you don’t have to worry about picking just the one pair – they’re 2 for £15!

Perfect for laid back day’s when you want to kick back and enjoy the sunshine, I’m definitely going to be bagging a couple (at least).

The first add to basket click will be these beauts

men's tights aka Mantyhose

As modeled on the street of Paris (said in my best French accent, dropping the “s”) this is the last women’s item of clothing I expect to be adopted by men. That said, any male fad that comes complete with its own play on words gets my vote. Maybe it’s time for us in the UK to embrace the idea of our fellers reaching for their guyliner and stretching on a pair of mantyhoes in the name of fashion! Or not.

So fellers, are you man enough?

I seem to have a no sweat pants no hoody rule to my wardrobe but this Aztec hoody is about to make me break my own laws. Teamed with plum skinnies and layered over a simple vest, I think it could work…

Soul Cal Deluxe Aztec Hoody £40 from Republic

With the gale force winds expected over the next few days, this weekend for me is going to be all about relaxing and keeping warm! No doubt a little internet window shopping will take place as I remember I’ve missed a few people off my Christmas list but that’s about it. However if I do venture out comfort meets style will be the name of the game and this new find may just be the answer.

I’m not entirely sure why I subscribe to Net-A-Porter’s newsletter. Apparently it’s to torture myself with beautiful goodies that I can’t afford but it’s good to dream and I do enjoy adding designer picks to my imaginary shopping list. Most of all I love picking out items I’ve seen else where on the highstreet at a much more purse friendly price which are pretty much the same (if not better) than the high-end triple figure version. It gives me hope that style and fashion can be achieved by all, one stylish, well priced stiletto at a time.

Alaia suede Cross Over Shoes from Net-A-PorterALAÏA Cross Strap Black and Grey Shoes

That said, if I were to splurge on any fashion piece, shoes would  undoubtedly be my downfall! It was the above beauties  (virtually delivered to my inbox this morning courtesy of Net-A-Porter) which prompted this post. Ladies meet the Suede Cross Strap shoes by ALAÏA £830!

If you stumble upon anything similar at a less eye watering price, give me a shout! Finders fee considered 🙂

These cream snake skin beauties landed on my colleague Topman Jones’ desk yesterday and following a brief *squeel* of excitement, I went all snappy happy and tried them out for size.

At only £29.99 (from Republic) surely I can be forgiven for treating myself to yes another pair of shoes even though I’m supposed to be saving for the “big day” (which is approaching at rapid speed)?
